Typevera is operated by José Salgueiro, based in Portugal. We sell digital products — React Native and Expo starter kits — via typevera.com.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the website and deliver the product.

Contact form — when you submit the contact form, we collect your name and email address to respond to your message. This data is processed via Resend and sent to our inbox.

Waitlist form — when you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address to notify you when a product launches.

Purchase data — when you purchase Typevera, payment and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your email address to deliver the product. We do not store your payment card details.

Analytics — we may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand page traffic. No personal data is collected for analytics purposes.

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your contact form messages
• To notify waitlist subscribers when a product launches
• To deliver purchased products and send purchase confirmations
• To send product update notifications to existing customers

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate Typevera:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and digital product delivery. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Resend — email delivery for contact form and waitlist emails.
• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel may process request logs.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Typevera.com does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

Essential cookies may be set by Vercel for hosting purposes. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.

Contact form submissions are retained in our inbox until manually deleted. We do not keep them longer than necessary to respond.

Waitlist data is retained until the relevant product launches and the waitlist is no longer needed, or until you request removal.

Purchase data is retained as required by Lemon Squeezy and applicable tax law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store payment card information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Typevera is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
